District Arts Learning Network Coach: Carlos Windham
Carlos coordinates with district leaders, principals, teachers and teaching artists to facilitate collaborative arts integration professional development programs and coaches strategic planning to implement systemic change, through arts learning, for educational equity.
Art IS Education Coordinator
The Art IS Education Coordinator coordinates Alliance communications including print and web projects, advocacy campaigns, and making student and teacher learning visible through the Art IS Education showcase and the online action research project.
Art IS Education Communications Assistant:
Supports Alliance communications projects and development of communications tools for use by Alliance partners through research, design, and production coordination.
Arts Active Parents Coordinator: Randolph Belle
Leads the Arts Active Parents in Alameda County by producing an informational monthly newsletter, providing support to school and district parent groups, convening countywide parent groups and forums, and spearheading parent-led advocacy campaigns.

District coaches offer technical assistance to districts in conducting arts learning needs assessments, developing and implementing arts learning plans, assessing and planning professional development, identifying resources, and developing policy.
Arts Learning Coaches Seminar Facilitator: Todd Elkin
Monthly Todd convenes the Arts Learning Coaches that lead arts integration in all arts disciplines at the Arts Learning Anchor Schools. The seminar is a professional learning community that provides on-going professional development for use of the Teaching for Understanding and Studio Thinking Frameworks to enable schools to deepen the quality of arts learning and arts integration in their classrooms.
